LD38 — A Small World

Puppy's World by Gao Ming 2017-05-03T02:08:27Z

This game is so adorable, the color scheme, the dog, the bark, the puzzle, the story, the aesthetic, everything, just adorable.

I love how you turn the theme of the jam on its head, at no moment I was able to guess exactly what the dog was going to do, so when it did I couldn't help but *ownt* :dog:.

Also, I ended up looking at some of your other games, must say, you made me create an itch.io account just to follow you :3

Say Something by Houcine Chelbi 2017-05-03T01:50:13Z

I really like the art style, the way the character is literally just a bunch of crystals that held together by magic, I tried something similar not long ago, wasn't as successful, and his animations are also pretty tight.

The song really fits the overall ambient and it makes for an awesome atmosphere.

Great job dude!

A World In Her Eye by OrbitalBlueprint 2017-05-01T14:30:21Z

Omg! This is such a cute game, I loved the atmosphere and the songs are right on, the story is a pearl, it's simple but so well executed.

I also love the way the game is so open-ended, the way the end-game screen just lingers there if you choose to not restart is just marvelous, the story doesn't have a feeling of finished, every time the game ends I can't help but imagine what Qora is going to do next and remember that she doesn't quite have anything else to do, there is a sense of bittersweetness to it all. Overall to me 5/5. Good Job!

The Space Dwarf Brigade by BionicalBarbieDoll 2017-05-03T01:15:45Z

Omg! thanks for every single comment, sorry for taking so long to respond, life took its toll.

There is a lot for me to learn how to do on Unity, *'cough'* sound *'cough'* particles , and also a lot of different features like other weapons and more enemy types I wanted to add, but I simply lacked organization to make everything in time, but I am so happy for the constructive and oh so positive feedback, ~~even if I don't quite know if I deserve~~, I wasn't even going to participate and now I see that pushing forward no matter what was the best choice I could make.

If there is one thing I take from all this is how this community is so amazing, and I am more than hyped for next jam, maybe with more practice and a better time management plan, I will be able to get more finished.

Thanks yall~:heart::heart::heart::heart:, your support truly means the world
