So it was incredible experience to work with that. Actually, we hadn't realized correctly timer working by the time that's why we've decided to make levels with out timer.
If cat die by the end of game match, few seconds added to your timer untill you can explode the monkey. You could some scores for killing monkey. If cat hasn't die by the time, your lost seconds of timer (example 0:30 before match ending 0:25 after)
