This is cool! It has a couple typos though, so you should probably look into that if you are finishing it.
I really am sad that it stops where it does. This has a lot of potential!
I find the red text on red background not so readable as the rest. For the other messages you got nice and good contrast.
Apart from the red on red issue, I think you have found a nice and interesting graphical style in your game. Also nice to see another HTML5 game. :-)
