I see a black screen. No errors on the console. It doesn't look like anything is loading. Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/28.0.1500.71 Chrome/28.0.1500.71 Safari/537.36
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → MiniLD → MiniLD 44 → Rock, Paper, Geometry!

Added standalone builds for desktop platforms.
Standalone worked, thanks! I like the art, especially the logo. The gameplay mechanics are a fun take on RTS. I like the idea. I would have liked to see some depth here.
Thanks! I'll definitely add some more features, maybe a multiplayer.
Yay, I won. Was lots of fun once I got the hang of which shape beat which. Multiplayer would make this awesome :)
Oh yeah. And how come this game has a linux version when all the other unity games don't?
Thanks for feedback!
I don't know why others don't upload Linux versions. As I know, Unity Web Player doesn't work on Linux. Am I right?
Very much so. Its annoying because I can't play about half the entries.
Correct, it does not work on linux. I could probably get it to work if I spent hours screwing with it, but why would I do that?
Multiplayer of this would be great!
haha ! funny !! :D
Great work! Love the simplicity of it. I b et this would be loads of fun multiplayer :)
Oh man, I don't know why but the spastic movement of the shapes just cracks me up! A very different kind of RTS, and that's definitely a good thing.
Thanks for feedback! :) I agree with the spastic movement. I also suppose the unit selection might be better.
And one more! What do you think about highlighting enemies/killers for current selected unit?
Ha this one was great. A true RTS like strategy with a simple minimalist/arcade feel.
Lol, I thought this game was pretty funny. At first I didn't really get it.. trying to memorise what kind of geometry beat what - I'm retarded >_<. It was just rock paper scisors like you said in the instructions!!
Triangles are scissors, square is paper, circle is rock!
Honestly, this is the first game in 7dRTS where I was actually vocalising and shouting at what was happening on screen.
Great game. :)
Thanks!
"Triangles are scissors, square is paper, circle is rock!" - I should add this to the rules instructions. :)
I agree that if you had the "this beats that" on the main screen it would have been helpful while learning the game. Once I got it down though it was a lot of fun!
Already loved the game for the name. Was actually a lot of fun to play :) Liked the impulse mechanic. Only hit the timer once, don't think it's needed,
Thanks!
Timer helps to prevent situations like this:
After battle you have two circles and your enemy has one square. You can't beat him, but he can beat you. You can just hiding behind the blocks from him, and the round will never end.
One of the most polished games I have seen so far, you seem to really have a feel for the scope of a MiniLD (or LD in general). Knowing which beats which is really easy if you have the rock-paper-scissors metaphor in your head.
It's a little bit too easy sometimes, as the AI just seems to move at random, I was missing a little bit of depth here. But nice otherwise.
Well, it was pretty cool. It felt more of a "who clicks first" game than an RTS since you started with the same amounts of everything.
Cool, innovative game. It moves a bit too fast for me, though - especially with the AI lacking any limits on orders per second.
Very funny one! The computer enemy isn't really hard, but it's a fun idea and lovely realized. I don't like the time limit. I'd rather detect deadlocks and let the game end then.
Nice work!
cool I won! some basic strategy of after I got rid of one type using the others to "protect" the ones I didn't need... but mainly I just control one piece. simple liked the random field
Good idea, though the shapes are a bit complicated. İt's a nice way to combine different games. You can even turn it into a rts with traditional click controls in the future.
