Solid dice roguelike core: left-click to attack, right-click to defend and discarding at an AP cost is easy to learn and gives real choices each turn, and the initiative roll is a nice touch. The CRT dungeon look fits the old-tech mood. The pace between turns felt slow for me, so speeding up the enemy turn by default would help. The connection to the Old Tech theme isn't very clear in the game itself. Good work!

@gevernus thanks for playing! You could click anywhere on screen during animations (initiative, roll, battle) to speed it up.

It looks pretty cool, though I’m not really a fan of roguelikes.

Pretty solid entry and feels complete. Well done.

I didn't really like using left-click to attack and right-click to defend. I think drag-and-drop would have worked better (IMO). But overall, this is insane! There's so much combat and so many items in this game. How much did you use Claude for this?

@mugule thanks for playing! There actually is drag-and-drop) try to drag the dice and it should work.

nice, really enjoyed the game. Two bosses down, third to go. Art is nice. Random mechanics is nots smth i really like, but it gives a twist in this world

@metalgear I didn't hold enough my click when I try it lol. Cooool!
This was great. Many of nice things there to make the game nice to play, though i kinda got alread bored after first round since the game repeats its so much. To me the initiative roll kinda made the rounds twice as long without making it feel that in game design sense would add that much, atleast with the current mechanics in the game since to me there seems to be only couple of desent tactics to play: safe/greedy and then the gamble element.
Dynamic music was awesome!
As this is compo game it shows how much we can now make in compos after using AI to assist game. Game this much polish during compo would have been propably super hard to pull of before that.
I feel like i barely looked at the enemys UI and missed half of the time what the guy was suposed to be themeticly. I feel like its quite a long eye movement to have to keep looking from up to down for the tiny icons to check up on the dices, small nitpic but it felt having great effect on my experience.
One problem I had was i acidentally spammed my clicks too much as i wanted to play fast then then i won but since i was clicking i got just random reward acidentally as the screen comes so quickly and there was no confirm.
Really great, this could easily be expanded on to be a more of a full game.

At first, I didn’t understand how the system worked. It wasn’t very clear where each die would go when clicked, but thankfully there’s drag and drop.
Once I figured it out, I had an absolute blast with the boss fight. A really engaging game!
Felt like I was part of a D&D party ♥️

Hell of a game. It ate my whole evening. The randomness is good, and the rules feel well balanced. The true ending especially got me: the tyrant is you. :) Thanks for the game. It’s been a long time since I’ve played for more than four hours straight after work.

The game has really hooked me for the long haul; I’m curious to see what new things will be revealed as I play, and it’ll be fun to experiment with the mechanics.

I like the mechanic of unknown (?) dice value. Havent got how AP works and why I cant select d8 for attack/defense T-T
Really enjoyed this! I’d love to see an expanded version with more art!

Thats so sick. I didnt expect much but got hooked and sucked in very quickly. Very polished! Has so much depth and potential for even more depth if expanded, I dont have words. Great job! And extra thanks from me and all other impatient people for speeding animations if you click during them.
