The game was cool, I didn't make it to the end though because after I got rid of the red guy and tried to climb the ladder, I got sent back to the last checkpoint and couldn't bother walking back. The shader effect could have looked better I think, it got a little tiring for my eyes after a period. But it was a good way to make the game standout. The wavelength puzzles were fun enough. Nice job on the game!
Oh, I like your conceptual approach. The music was also really great up until the enemies started attacking. That high-pitched noise is quite unpleasant and slightly hurt the experience, but the overall idea and visual choices are really cool
Lobotomy simulator
wow. nice visual for me!
Okay, game is very good, the idea of using noise as your visual is fantastic, also made me really focus on the dark areas, something that isn't usually done when it comes to color theory, the static made it work. Now then, it's not controversial to say that the monster standing in the distance and dissappearing isn't usually effect horror (imho). But, what y'all did was interesting and got me. Instead of him just appearing in the trees once and vanishing for a while, he appeared again, and again, and again, and then he appeared in the way. That got me, idk why that got me, it felt like he was toying, and then it looked like he was about to approach just standing in front of you. Something about that just made me say no with how much he taunts us. I'm sure unintentional but REALLY affective when I was playing, lol. Good job on this one and the heart beat mechanic is metal :D
so cozy and comfy game, awesome atmosphere!
Great for short gaming sessions, keeps you hooked.
Wow, the look of this game is really cool! Nice and original idea, impressive for just one person in only 3 days jam. Great job!
Really cool interpretation of the theme and extremely interesting visuals.
The heart minigame is also a genuinely great idea. Overall, the game creates a very strange and unsettling atmosphere, but in a good way. I really had fun with it!
Wow this is incredible. The art style is so unique. The static and visuals add to the atmosphere and make the objectives and enemy stand out. The horror feel of this works so well. And the visuals and minigames work well for the theme of signal. Really great entry. Well done!
This deserves way more ratings than it currently has. I can see you've rated a lot already. Make sure to leave comments too as that's the main way to increase karma and get your game shown on the front page. It would be such a shame if this doesn't reach 20.
!> I was not ready for the horror of the enemy appearing behind the player.
good and unique atmosphere.. its a good idea and matches the theme well. enjoyed it.
I enjoyed the concept of matching the heart beat and searching for it. The only point down from me will be the sounds. I understand their meaning, but they hurt the whole experience of your game. Someone could dislike the visuals with the strong grain, as it makes orientation within the houses unclear, but I liked the feeling of unsure. Nice game, keep making them!
Л9Л9Л.png The game still needed a few more interesting mechanics to captivate me completely, but for 3 days of development, this game is already an excellent result.
