I like the game a lot! I think with enough practice I could get really good.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD58 → Super Fruta Sort

Honestly did not expect this to be as fun and difficult as it is. would love to see this elaborated on with extra levels and object types.

Simple but very fun and engaging little multitasking-trainer! Very solid entry with a charming vibe due to its simplicity. Kind of reminds me of the Atari era games! We had fun trying it out! I won against my friend. By a long shot. He gave up way to soon. but he never stood a chance either way!
Interesting idea, nice clean art and quite addictive ngl xD
I really liked it! It was super hard for me to operate both sorters at the same time, but I couldn't resist to try again and again :) Then I ask my wife to help me and it was trivial, sooo I guess "team work makes the dream work" :)
Oh man this is *impossible* in the best, most fun, way that I could mean it. I went from thinking, "This can't be too hard" to cracking up as everything fell apart in about three seconds. It was a hilarious blast trying (and failing) to wrap my head around the multitasking
My only real feedback is on the life system - I would have much preferred to have my score penalized for a missed fruit, rather than have to end the game prematurely, because of how often I'm missing fruit. The way things are set up right now, I can only ever play for ten second bursts or so, because of how quickly I crumble 😂
It also might have been nice to have additional branches lower down so that you could scramble to try to "save" a fruit that's going down the wrong path right off the bat. It was a bummer when I would miss a few fruits going down the wrong path at the first branch, and have nothing I could do but wait it out - It might be especially chaotically fun if those hypothetical lower branches all shared the same keybinding, so whenever you tried to save a lost fruit, you were putting all your other plans in jeopardy :)
Overall, great job!
xhadie_sux.jpg xHadie clearly does not know what they're talking about and should get up from their gaming chair :) Really simple but engaging game you've made
Nice game, a bit difficult for one player. I played it with my gf and it was very fun!
@phosu let's see who needs to get up from their gaming chair Screenshot 2025-10-07 191528.png
Wow that is so difficult, but really cool! It feels like it's training a new part of my brain! Awesome idea and very well executed!
@xhadie Thanks! I was *heavily* inspired by the games I played as a kid. No idea if it was an Atari or similar but it had a Tetris with this exact feature of changing the background color as the difficulty progressed.
@koolruz Yea it's so easy to break focus and crumble like 2-3 lifes away in one go  Tho IDK how there could be a game over state without a lifes system yet. Maybe waves, and you have to get the most points? Maybe it's just not satisfying to lose lifes 'cuz there's no juice at all to indicate your actions.
_Some dev lore:_ About multiple branches, at first I coded it in a way to allow many switches and was about to add other elements like pipes and paths that go on top of each other, but only after testing the first prototype I noticed how impossible it was to play (im bad at multitasking k) -- you originally tapped the keybind to "rotate" the position of a switch, wich was hard to keep track of, but tuning it down to only two and having them set on "hold/release" controls was the thing that kept me motivated to keep working on it. _(Although I bet it'd be a walk in the park for hardcore rhythm games players for it to have like 5 rotating switches, portals and whatnot K)_
I'm super glad you guys are enjoying this mind-bendy thingy and also having fun in duos!!!
Also @phosu bro that burn was uncalled for LOL this is probably my highest score if we're competing Screenshot_2025-10-07_16-15-07.png
@denilseven That makes sense! I *absolutely* would get lost in the sauce if I had more levers to press than just the two buttons, and I love the elegant simplicity of the hold-to-change-direction controls, because it's a very tactile way to represent which path is in which state. I do think that my problem of not being able to survive for more than ten seconds is mostly just a skill issue, and not at all a problem with the design!
Having juicier feedback when you lose a life definitely might help - It might even make sense to lose the life (with some sort of juicy animation) as soon as a fruit goes down the wrong path, to help draw your attention back to wherever it may have wandered from.
Seeing all these high scores inspired me to wrinkle my brain a bit more and give it another try, and I had a string of my best runs yet, but I am still nowhere near on any of y'all's level lol - As soon as I send a carrot down the banana/carrot path, I can't stop myself from immediately staring only at that carrot to make sure that it lands in the right bin, and I forget about literally everything else 😂

Short version of the feedback: 5 of 5!.
Nice simple sorting game! Need to get used to controls but it should be doable.
Pretty fun! I could see this as a full game :]
Fast-paced, chaotic, and surprisingly fun! Flipping fruits down the right paths is a clever multitasking challenge, especially with two players. The hold-to-change controls are intuitive, though adding feedback for missed fruits could help. Great for short bursts or cooperative play—very addictive!
@koolruz Thank you for the feedback ^^ These are all good points to take in consideration when updating this game. Also it's so cool that this mechanic is so much of a mind-twister that just overcoming the initial struggle (when it looks impossible) is a reward in itself!
@d3kryption Thanks for the feedback! I'm super glad you enjoyed it "Fast-paced, chaotic, and surprisingly fun!" is a really cool description too, do you mind if I quote you on that?
p.s. My apologies to all for being AFK this past week, I'll get back to playing your games ASAP Thanks you all again for the support :)
@denilseven go for it! (the quote haha)
