The art style is cathing, look great
@protohere you can extract the game by selecting both compressed files, right click and select "extract here" (we recommand using 7-zip to unzip)
Interesting idea, but I wish there was a reason to spot them to push the player to pay more attention and spot the one real or fake.
@nomus Thanks for your feedback, are you talking about a narrative or gameplay reason? Do you have an example in mind?
I would say both, having for example a precise description on the summary of one art piece with an emphasis on some small details that only a real one would have, or what usually counterfeit does badly that you can spot in any of them etc
@nomus I get it! Thanks :)
I like the artstyle of the game
I was also getting an error trying to extract the part1 file. Screenshot 2025-10-10 191947.png
@nomelu You can use the google drive link then ^^
Why not just use a zip file? Much more widely supported?
The concept of identifying whether collectibles are real or fake is quite interesting. You can distinguish them by using document information and observing the items (which was a bit challenging for me at first since my English isn’t very good). However, personally, I’m not very interested in this type of game, and successfully identifying items only adds points. Nevertheless, most of the collectibles in the game are well-modeled. Here's a small advice: If a real collectible is successfully identified, not only do you earn points, but the collectible is also placed on a display case or shelf that the player can see,it might serve as an even better reward feedback design.
@archimagus the all zip game is more than 1Gb I can't upload it as one file on itch.io :/
We didn't have enough time to optimise the build unfortunately
@umc049 Thanks a lot for your feedback. I would definitely reward more the player and your idea is great!
Unreal builds are always so large, but I had no problem extracting
It was fun spotting the details and missing pieces mentioned in the description, but it was difficult to read it from the Guide. I feel like each collectible deserves own page to be able to look quickly without scrolling. A button to open/close like Tab would also be very helpful when in need to quickly check something.
Some 3D models were funny, like smiling Aristotle :)
Well done
Really nice concept, kind of reminded me of the art guy that sells stuff in Animal Crossings haha It can take a bit of time to read everything, but overall nice execution!
@haayaargh we are glad you enjoyed the game, i also think UI should have a good rework, it is not clear enough, especially regarding the paintings... im glad you loved the smiling aristotle XD
@pimeko this is actually kind of where the idea came from XD We even placed a easter egg about it, if you watch closely, you will notice that the mona lisa painting in the back is actually the one from animal crossing haha
@reglisse haha amazing, that's even funnier!
Impressive amount of different pieces and possible alternatives, that must have been a ton of work. Solid game!
