really love the shaders!
Really good game. At one point there where tiles that looked normal but I couldn't place any turrets on to them.
Went down to level 10 and then tried to spawn a wave during the fall to level 11, the game didn't like that at all I accidentally realized you could launch an infinite number of waves by just spamming space. So my map was full of turrets by the end of round 3 Very interesting graphics, and nice sound design, it was fun
Very cool! Would have loved some tracers to get a better indication of when the guns were firing since it took me a second to understand them at first, but it was a lot of fun. Eventually got to the point where I had thousands of coins but kept playing since it was just good vibes and fun to watch them come in and get destroyed by my army. I liked the concept of the tiles falling away as you descended further and further. I'm not sure if it was intentional that you couldn't place weapons on the tiles that returned after they fell away, but it made sense as a mechanic and definitely would have made the game a little more challenging if the number of tiles that fell away increased as you got deeper. I wasn't very sure about what exactly decided if you'd move down a level or not, it didn't seem to be number of waves (Since I would spam space like 20 times, although you also say that just adds to the wave count, so maybe it is number of waves?) and there was no obvious way to force it to go down earlier if you felt you were ready, so was a little confused by that, but overall very good moody vibes and fun and visceral to play. Just a little more player feedback for the actions they're taking (a noise when you spawn a new wave, an indication of what makes you fall etc, where the guns are firing) and I could play for a long time.
@jordanfb thanks for the feedback! Not being able to place a turret on a void tile after it returns is a bug indeed...
Wow it was really fun ! I'm in love with the aesthetics and the sound design, i'm just sad the music stops really early. There's not really any challenge but miniguns are too strong hahaha, i just putted them everywhere and no one passed the first barrier. Well done :)
Dope game, loved the tower defence system and aesthetics.
Nice game. Kinda easy and starts really slow but good artwork and camera features
Very cool visual style
I love tower defense and i think the idea of moving the camera is amazing, but it feels a bit like a missed opportunity, since the camera movement is so sick but it doesn't contribute much after placing some turrets. I feel like using it in a way to make the turret only being able to shoot depending on the way you're facing or moving the camera to be able to build them would be a better use for your camera Dope game though, I really enjoyed the mood and the visuals, sending giant waves of enemies by spamming space was delightful with a full army of snipers and miniguns image.png
Tower defenses are always fun! A bit more feedback when a wave starts would have been nice. Maybe an option to upgrade turrers, but there is only so much time :-)
Love your artstyle <3 Would be interesting if you'll keep on improving difficulty etc. after the gamejam!
Loooove the style, omg. It's amazing. The game is pretty easy - just a few well-placed turrets and it was enough to be calm about the defence. Anywho, I really loved it. Would love to see some development of this title!
I think you need to limit how many times I can start the wave  Untitled.png
I love tower defense games so this was right up my alley. I really like the graphics and the audio! I think the scaling needs some work though. I was able to clear every wave quite easy, not sure how many levels there are but I play to level 12
