I have a hard time rating this game. Suuuuper impressive though!
I don't even know what to write here. It's a simple tower defense that works and has nice upgrade mechanics but the fact it's made in Desmos blows my mind. I can't even begin to comprehend how you made this and you can be sure you get full innovation points. Well done.
I have no idea what this is and what I am suppose to do.
There are instructions in the graph
A bit difficult to navigate on my laptop (kept accidently clicking lines, and how to play was not immediately obvious). Still really impressive you could build it in Desmos.
Thats fair, i should have used polygons instead
This is so cool! I just wish that you could write what each color does for the upgrades (the only one I figured out was that blue increases the tower's reach). Also I think you could have made the game more difficult in my opinion.
how's this even possible in desmos?
Wow, I am impress by your technical performance !!
Sadly the game felt blend without any feedbacks. I also had some trouble with looking up how much gold/health I had. I understand that all these are technical limitation du to the ""engine"" you used, but it still made the game feel boring and repetitive fast.
I also think you should add pictures and instruction here on the ludum dare page : that will motivate more people to play and rank your game
The technical feat is impressive, congrats !!!
Such impessive game were made by graphic maker! Ideal TD game (from math perspective). Had problem with buying tower, sometimes it is activate verticles mode, and i cannot select field to build.
Impressive! Idea is intense)
This one is hard to rate... It's clearly technically impressive, since it's made with a tool not designed at all for that task. Being able to cheat not being a problem, it might be fun too. I mean, you can motherload your way in the sims, and spawn tanks in GTA.
But as it was said, there is no sound, no feedback of any way (like text pop ups or particules to tell you you earn aions). Also, there is no difficulty at all. I was just destroying everything with 8 towers that I got really early. SO it didn't feel really fun :/ Yet, it is an impressive job I believe.
@cortez, Balancing was one of the thing i didn't really spend time on and very much a weak point since i had only 2 days to work on the game because of school. I originally planned on having set rounds but figuring out the targeting for the towers took to much time. While there is a sound system in Desmos i could have used, it never really came to mind that i should use it for feedback. I will make sure to take these points into account next jam!
This is impressive!!!
