A really impressive intro. The concept is great and practical.
It turned out that you can only take 5 power-ups at the same time. There might be some bug that an invisible enemy blocks the way and you cannot either move nor attack.
It is still a nice entry for your first jam!

Cool concept and aesthetics! One thing about bonuses: the tag repeated three times, one for each bonus, while the appeared only once. Also, I didn't get what HEALS20 summary does. Thanks for your game though!

I like that style of games and inventive use of coding theme.
Overall the concept is nice, however I encountered a few problems. First is I get 2-3-4-10 "powers" in a row but I have the currency only for one. I can't see what exact bonus I will get from the box, so what "drop" should I open? Just random.
And it was really odd to have actually 10 drops in a row when I didn't even have cash for one drop to open. And also the game bugged out right after this 10 drops. The fight didn't start because the "enemy" hadn't fully entered the screen so the "Attack" button was disabled, but the "Go" wasn't working too.
Anyway, cool idea, nice animations and stuff. Keep up the good work!

Agreed with other commentator the concept is unusual. I remembered about other game about Pixel in Digitworld where digits hated him. But here is the Code in the world with Bugs and Errors and we also have option to kick them)

Very cool concept! As a programmer myself I've enjoyed playing through this game. Maybe some audio would be nice but other than that it was fun playing as a file :D
I like the concept, audio would be nice.
Cool concept, but a bit lacking in gameplay loop to keep player wanting to keep going. Visual style is simple, but fits the vibe of the game well. Audio would have been nice. Would love to see this concept expanded on as a full game!

Happy that so many people give me comments, i never have had this feeling of making great game, thx!
Translation: Its cutscenes surprised me. To be honest, this is very straightforward, as it helps players quickly grasp the gameplay and start organizing their thoughts. For game guidance, it is a great textbook.
That was fun, really like the minimalistic art style. Good job.
Cute and simple! I really love this game as a programmer, but I found a bug when there's no one appeared and the battle was in progress, so I can't move on. Simple graphic, what else do you need from a code file? :) Great entry!
It's a pretty fun concept! I like the idea of being able to swap out different buffs, or even sacrificing movement to gain an extra buff in a fight. It allows for some interesting strategies for players!
Unfortunately there's not much enemy variety, but it's understandable for a game jam.
Great job!

I like the concept. I feel like it could be built upon very easily to make something cool.
