Cute little puzzle game with Tactics RPG gameplay. There's more to it than it appears at first glance! Couldn't reach the end, would need more time digesting the mechanics to come up with good strategies.

Great job on your entry!

Fun. On one hand I'm frustrated by the lack of control over your creatures, but it also makes it interesting and true to the theme. I like the PS1 game Digimon World where you have only vague control over your partner. Perhaps adding a "mode" for the creatures would increase the depth and also make it less frustrating? If each creature could have a simple "avoid" and "attack" toggle, you could try and get some enemies to run around while your bear cuts them off, etc?

I lost at the one where you get the shark.

Good game, i feel like with a little bit of tween animations it would look perfect. Also I really miss a restart button! Nice compo game!

Nice and simple, the idea is simple, but it works well.

I really liked the gameplay, it's a bit hard to understand how to move and what is required at first without a tutorial (maybe I just got dumb and didn't find it), but the understanding comes pretty fast

Enjoyed the Game with its tactical Elements.

It reminded me of the good old days, where Turn Based Strategy Games were more of a thing.

What I liked: - The Ability to summon in general. - The overall super retro Artstyle (even when opted out, but a selection decision was made ;-)). - Possibility to do tactical Decision with your summoned Creatures.

What I disliked: - No Sound - No possibility to control your summons. - No Special Abilities on your summons.

Overall: A cool little game with a realy nice Idea behind it. I see potential and would encourage to develop it further! Thank you for making this.

I really liked the gameplay here! My only real complaint is that I wish that I could have retried from the level that I lost at, instead of starting over when I died - I got stuck on the fight with the two enemies on the left, and an armored knight on the right, and it was a pain playing back through the entire game to retry. I ended up not being able to finish the game because of that, after my third death :(

Overall though, I thought this was a really cool idea and I could see the mechanics being really fun in a deckbuilder type of game, if you were going to explore it further! It hit that sweet spot between having enough complexity to keep me engaged, but not being so complex that I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. Well done! :)

I really liked it, I could have spent much more time on it if losing restarted the puzzle, not the whole game unfortunately :-(

Cute use of art assets. Given more time, an option to jump to a specific level or at least retry the current level would help a lot for the puzzle genre. Similar with how audio would bring the characters to life. I like how the enemy AI logic was predictable so I can make risky plays where the computer could win by ignoring my summon, but chose not to. In a longer game I think a smarter AI would be nice to provide more of a challenge.
