I seem to be unable to select the ingredients, am I missing something?
Great idea and execution, could not get more than 2 summons on the field though. Materials should be given a little more commonly.
This is a fun idea! Great job :)
@zoranac same issue here? nothing happens when i click
Completely Unbalanced. too many enemy spawned in a short time while the drop rate is pretty low. Need some Juice like Vfx when the projectile hitting enemies, when towers shooting, and when enemies died. overall this concept probably could make a great game if executed Nicely
Took me a few min to figure out how to select the items to summon, sad the music stopped during the game, no other sfx after the title screen music. It's a shame because it was a fun idea. I liked the style and art though.
Fun idea! I applaud you for making this as a fellow summon-creature game maker. Its a neat concept to do a tower defense game that essentially has 3 kinds of currency. I found the game to be pretty frustrating; I'd put down the spiky and the shooter in the beginning, then never get enough materials from enemies to place any more down. I played 4-5 times but only ever got enough materials to put another monster down once. I don't think this is a problem with your game design, its a fun idea, but rather just some values that need to be changed (either increase item drop rate, monster health, or decrease the rate at which new enemies spawn). Finding the good zone for these values is hard, my best advice for doing so is playtest, playtest, playtest! It's very easy to become blind to problems in our own games because we become very good at them while developing them. Getting a fresh set of eyes on a game can reveal issues we'd otherwise miss. And trust me there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Even now I'm getting comments on my own game revealing simple and easy to fix gameplay issues that I wish I'd noticed before the end of the jam. Seriously good job with this. The art is cohesive and the idea is solid.
@zoranac @hatmajaster @davidtrac @gamesplusjames @racts-studio @chrisaltoft @merb1000 Thanks guys for your feedback! We obviously didn't have time to test, balance and fix some things :( We're working on it now! We'll take your comments and ideas into account, thank's a lot
The game might need some balancing adjustments, for example it is kind of frustrating when killed enemies do not drop ingredients, but the gameplay idea is very clever and leaves room for upgrades ! also very cute artstyle . Congrats !
I really like tower defense games, and this one fits the theme. However I think I had some bugs with summoning some monsters, it was a bit frustrating haha I quickly ran out of ingredients, did I make too many bad choices? Anyway, the atmosphere of the game and the illustrations are cool, well done!
Fun tower defense game! I liked the way you chose to summon the different creatures, so that it is not as simple as 'buying' it with a currency. The art style is so lovely and cartoonish  Good job!
