Epic!
This is impressive for being your own engine. I didn't get to play through the entire game as my pc starting making a very loud noise lol. It might be a performance issue to look into.
@0megq Your comment made me laugh so hard. Thanks for playing the game, and sorry, I will take a look into that.
That's really impressive for using a custom game engine! I think I should count that as innovation too. The pace is a bit fast and intense for me.
The mouse sensitivity was insanely high for me xD. I didn't quite understand what was going on, I could see some crates bouncing around and a truck.
Good Game for it being made on your own engine <3
You make a great job. Something like beta test of your engine yeah?
Great job! your engine is showing its POWER
bro my mouse controle just change in middle of my gameplay WHY ???
@he-li Thank you! Yes, the game is quite intense. @timo5034 So you have understood the game perfectly xD, thank you for playing! @teashna Thank you. @anton4ik-dev Yeah, it's like a beta test to see if it works on anyone's PC. @xuefeng Thank you, it's very powerful currently. @dede333 xD Im also trying to figure out why this happens, thank you for playing.
You made your custom engine and used it in a game jam? That's a straight 5 stars on innovation for me sir, you did an impressive job!
Incredible that you made your own game engine. I experienced some drifting from the player and some of the crates but this is a really cool game nonetheless. Great job!
Nothing happened when I tried to start the game.
Hey, the fact of it being your own game engine turns it into a great effort, and making a jam is definitely a good way to test it on a real production environment.
Anyway, unfortunately it does not help the game is very crude and super sensible, which made me feel dizzy at time.
I encourage you to keep working in the engine and trying it again on LD55, I bet it will be in a better and stronger state at it is now.
Overall, good effort.
@jk5000 I'm sorry, if you did try opening the Game.exe and it crashed I cant do much, unfortunately. The engine does not have crash logs yet so I dont have any clue on what happened. The engine only exports to windows 10 or 11 and OpenGL 4.1.
@decipator Thank you very much for playing! I didn't have much time to finish the game, since most of the time I was programming the engine xD. Sensitivity should be reduced, and I dont know why I did not. Next Ludum Dare I plan to make something at least playable.
I'm trying to launch game.exe but it doesn't seem to be launching..
@phillips-albright The engine does not have crash logs yet so I can't do much, I'm sorry. Is your gpu from AMD? I have only tested on an nvidia gpu.
My gpu is Nvidia 4050 laptop version
I admire the fact that you did it your own engine. It's nothing short of an acomplishment ! That being said : yeah my computer made really loud noises. I mean it drawn 260 W and like, Cyberpunk 2077 does that on ultra lol.
You can give yourself a pat on the back for your game and I do hope you'll continue working on your engine (please optimise it though)
Keep up the good work
@phillips-albright, I'm not entirely sure what's happening. Crash logs are the only way to diagnose the issue, and they should be available soon. I appreciate your patience, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
@harksa Really thank you, the game is quite heavy and optimization will be the biggest focus soon. The game fps isn't limited, so you should be running at some good hundreds fps, or I hope so
