Note to macOS users: you might need to hold down the "Alt" or "Option" key, right-click, and select "Open" to be able to run the game. I don't have a mac developer license, so macOS doesn't trust my game by default unless you force its hand a bit.

Nice concept, fits the theme well, there was just a lot of text on the right with requests - that was a bit hard-to-read. i would like to see more goals (e.g. get XX dollars by next week), good job overall

I like games that take place in a user interface, I find it quite immersive. I'm not sure whether the news ticker had any kind of effect on the floppy disk sales, maybe you could add more feedback, for example show who bought the disks. Nice work :)

Wow, this is a really deep game with lot of replayability! It feels more substantial than a jam game. But, I also struggle with the difficulty as it's so hard to estimate the costs and values of the wares, I guess if you're good with numbers it helps. In this aspect it really does nail the business part, as you need a good sense of profit to be profitable. I think I usually made net loss on my floppies sold and only realized it on my second playthrough when I experimented with floppies with just a single item on them. The option of setting prices manually (so if it doesn't sell at a profit, you could rewrite the floppy) and a separate inventory by floppy type would make it easier for casual players like me to advance to the next month.
I am not sure if there is supposed to be audio, I connected my headphones midway and didn't hear anything, neither in first few minutes of starting a new game.
The premise and the feeling of the game is really atmospheric and nostalgic, I like it and it fits the LD theme nicely. It feels like a very polished and well thought out game.

I find the controls a bit difficult at the begining and I cant really see a way how to "sell" the disks. it did work somehow, but hinderd my enjoyment quite a bit. Sadly I am just barely old enough to remember the floppy, though I never really worked with them.
Also, I noticed no audio, so no rating there.
Love the fusion of nostalgia with entrepreneurial hustle. UI-based games always feel unique, and the challenge of pricing and selling floppy files adds depth. However, found it tricky estimating costs and profits, perhaps a tutorial or clearer instructions might help? Noticed an absence of audio too. Still, the game exudes a charming atmosphere reminiscent of the old days. Kudos for a job well done!
