Exe failed to run, saying it was already running. I would suggest uploading something other than just an exe file because it will get flagged as a virus by most machines too.

I really like the concept of a dynamic story that changes depending on how you packed your bag. Creative use of storytelling that fits the theme in a unique way.
@braktheman Thank you! I'd love to expand upon it in the future with more levels and cinematics to go along with the words.
This was amazing! I just wish I could rotate items for MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY PACKING! This was really fun!
@lucaszoom You can rotate items! Just use A/D or the left/right arrow keys. Thank you so much for playing!
Very cool game! I loved the art and the concept, I tried a lot of combinations and it was really fun to read the results!
@telo-philippe Thank you!
Interesting concept. Would love more levels but you can only do so much with limited time :)
@ranzor Thank you! Yes I'd love to revisit this with more story and more levels. I had a whole idea in my head but as you say, there is only so much I could get done in a weekend and learning Godot from scratch :smile:
Neat game, I like the concept. The item dropping was a little bit finicky, sometimes it looked like I had space for an item but it wouldn't let me drop it there. I'd recommend putting in a highlight underneath where you're placing the item so you know what slots it will drop into. Pretty nice for a first game, and I hope you keep using Godot!
@rakthalekk Thanks! Yeah I didn't know if it would make it confusing or not but probably would have helped in the end. I'll definitely be using Godot for future projects. I was really surprised how easy it was to use!
This was a cool idea and I liked the different stories that were made based on what I packed. I did have a lot of difficulty putting items in the suitcase though. I couldn't drag the shoes in, even though there was nothing else in the suitcase. But overall, this was a cool idea and I really enjoyed it!
@mr-bluecap Yeah it definitely wasn't perfect. I wish I had more time to figure out why there were issues placing items. It seemed pretty inconsistent while I was coding. Definitely something I'd look into if I made it into a full game. Thanks for playing!
Such interesting interpretation of theme. Great job!
Nice little game. I enjoyed packing different things a few time just to not lose hp on a journey, though placing things can be a little annoying as it's sometimes just doesn't want to fall into place. Overall, nice little game, good job.
@daniel-g Thank you!
@bobafett89 Yeah definitely something I'd work more on in a full game. Thanks for playing!
Loved this, as someone who's done enough "teambuilding exercises" this reminds me of those exercises where you get a situation and a list of items and you need prioritise them in order of how helpful they are, and this feels like catharsis for not getting to know I made the right choices XD, very bitesized and seems appropiately scoped for an LDjam, would love to see some variations of scenarios where different items become more useful but overall a great game, glad to see talented work being produced :)
@sotaroni Thank you so much (although I am sorry to make you re-live teambuilding exercises lol)! Yeah I'd love to expand upon it. I did have a full idea in my head that I'd love to make.
Made it to the checkpoint with 70 hp, nice concept but definitely could have used some more payoff after the decisions were made by the player, perhaps several branching narratives or decisions to make afterwards
@jdemattos Yeah if I would definitely like to make it a fuller game but this is what I could get done in the time limit. :)
Something happens that on my monitor, which is a small monitor, the game only appears on a portion of the screen, the rest is completely cut off. I couldn't play
@lincolnsalles Sorry to hear that! At the time I didn't know how to make it dynamically scale so that definitely is an issue. Since then I've figured it out though so any future games should work.
