Stop eating my pics and my layout for words! [sad]
Fun game, the design of the cat in 2D with the decor in 3D look good, there is just the end of the game that miss something. good work
@monian I like cats so cool game! xD
Cool game! I like the style that combine with 2D cat and 3D environment.
I really love the idea, and your pixel art is so cute! But at its core it lacks a goal, something to reward the player for doing things (exploring, knocking things down, etc), maybe like collecting stuff or lore. Also, there's so much unused map outside the house and I guess that's what adds so much weight to the file (so much Drive said it cannot be scanned for viruses, that could deter potential players to try your game).
@majomirez Thank you for the comment! I will follow your advice and add more later√ I designed some related to that but I am not good at programming(my programmer friend quit so I have to do it by myself. Thanks for youtube tutorials) Anyway, after I finished the scene I realized I put to much effort on it. Next time I'll focus more on mechanics first!
a really solid solo (for the most part?) effort.
Mixing such a cool 3d interior with a pixel cat is really quite an interesting idea
The opening scene with the music and the backlit cat is surprisingly epic.
First timer here, I had it worse than you pal. I had to make a game under 48 hours due to one day being the exam. I made all the art in 48 hours, browsing through my file of premade music made by me, fixing technical issues and worst of all, I did my game in java IDE. Thankfully, I have picked 2 random of my own pieces, I had code structure that works. Anyway, enough complain, your game is nice tho. 8 Bit music is not that bad, but it feels trippy when you are high on drug kind of music than relaxing tone. The cat is well, a cat. It is a shame that you don't have the menu. maybe you can make it as a separate scene since I worked on Unity before(not UE). I think that you should go for 2D if you work alone and also dislike big file like me. 3D files are quite heavy for people to download the game. The worth for downloading such big file game is kinda killing the game a bit, the replayable and mechanic are limited. But hey, games are supposed to be fun a relaxing :)
Too cute and too EPIC result in a really interesting funny result. Good for a cat person!
Very cute! The atmosphere is really nice. A score at the end of the game would have been nice to compare our evil cats :D
Interesting idea! Would love to see more from this :D
Sadly could not test because no Linux or web build :(
