Your embeded link does not work Capture d’écran 2023-05-01 191928.jpg

(and it seems like itch.io can't show the embeded game too)

The windows build work fine, it's really fun and easy to learn, but you quickly get stressed and mess up a key I think I found a bug : at 112 points the game stopped to register my inputs However it's really funny and I could spend hours on it as it is !

I ran into the same issue. Open the folder that you built to and select all three files in them and send to zip. Don't zip the folder that is created after the build, zip the 3 items (2 folders, 1 index file). Hope this helps

I believe you can upload your game!

Thank you for the feedbacks. I will dig into the input problem and see what may be the issue. Also, I am sorry for the Web build, it's my first time exporting game for browser. I will fix it as soon as I can.

Edit: The WebGL build is fixed. I didn't change anything else.

The concept of the game is really interesting and I enjoyed the idea of making pizzas by pressing the first letter of each ingredient. However, I did find the game a bit too easy to play, and it didn't provide much of a challenge. The WebGL build worked perfectly fine for me.

I had no issues running the game on windows. (An exit button would have been nice, though ;)

Fun entry! Easy concept and a splendid implementation - Good job. I wish I had more time looking at those delicious pizzas, but we have to deliver swiftly.

Web build was working for me here (Chrome)! I'm a fan of type racer so I liked a similar take to it, though I did learn pretty quick that if you add an extra ingredient your customers don't seem to mind haha. Hard to scrap sauce off a pizza after all I suppose! I liked the graphics of this, though I did notice that if you make a mistake and the game resets, the audio cuts out afterwards. Good job overall!

I played the web build on itch.io and it worked great. The art is delicious, and you managed to simulate the stress of quickly serving pizzas with gross toppings :) One suggestion would be to have the order of the toppings not matter, other than the dough and sauce.

emeraldalkemist 2023-05-04 02:00

This is a nice relaxing game. I think it would be fun if there were a hard mode where the inputs don't match the topping (example g for dough instead of d). I'd also like to see more than one character ordering from the pizza truck. Other than that, the game is quite a good one.

Pretty cool typing game. A few suggestions here:

The "success" sfx doesn't sound very rewarding. Also if there's some when adding ingredient that'll be great.

There's no penalty for pressing wrong button. I can just face-roll the keyboard a few times and press enter and it's still a success order.

Anyway, still a good concept and fun game nonetheless! Great job!

I got 245 from my first time playing haha  Quite a fun game, I didn't get it at first, and then it clicked that it's a typing game. I enjoyed the concept quite a bit. I think what would be cool is having some more sound design and having some sort of game over screen, so that the entire game loop is there. I also enjoyed visual assets, looks quite pleasant. Great job!

ardorugus 2023-05-18 05:13

Hey, you can use this game to practice typing speed! Interesting idea. Didn't get it at first, but when got it.. was satisfied with my typing and attention skills). Thanks for the pizzas!

Simple and well made, good job !
