I might be wrong but the game feels unbalanced. While day 1 is fine, you randomly get food and water from crates and kind of fine, the best strategy for day 2 and next is kys (ingame), restart and live without caring of water and food because there is like 40% chance for pot, 40% chance for garbage and 10% chance for something actually helpful. While pot gives you water it absorbs a lot of food and axe vice versa so you just can't live. The conecpt is great but the balance is poor, I guess you can make some actually small improvements and game would feel good but for now it is unwinnable. WIsh you a good jam

There's not a ton to do other than collect stuff. No bugs though.

I loved that you put a "Press h for help", "m to mute" and restart option. The art is pretty and is easy to interact. Is just a little laggy on my browser

Cool idea, not sure if I like the controls, though. It's fun, nonetheless. Good job

Had fun clicking packages to open, but there seems to be no real strategy other than luck, so it lost my attention quickly. Also, one of your sound effects has a massive subwoofer hit and it scared me. =-D

The gameplay loop is a bit too short and gets repetitive too quickly - theres no amount of interesting choice its just collect and collect, use to stay alive and then was rinse repeat - no player agency to do something different.

Also the controls are weird in that you have to both move close and use the mouse to open the package. Since there is no keyboard button to interact with the closest thing (which would make sense since you have to physically move close to the package) instead this leaves the player with a weird "dual movement" of both the mouse and the player character have to be near a package to open it which is cumbersome.

Additionally it seems like i broke the game because my food meter was under 0 at -60 yet i could still play the game.

The game was easy to pickup and play without any kind of tutorial and the sound effects where good. The packages blowing on to the island beech was funny to see.

The RNG here is brutal with little in the way of guardrails to balance the experience. My first game I just didn't get a pot and not enough water, but it felt normal. The second life I won (sort of?) because my hunger bar went below 0 and just kept diving into the negative. Fearful that I would lose if my thirst dropped to 0, I focused all my attention on maintaining that. This is good because I only received one food for the first two days. I had like 20 pots piled on my camp and -%700 food. I got all the parts of the boat and assembled it, then got in and clicked around and tried some keys, but I guess a victory screen wasn't possible in the time. I think the biggest issue though was the fact that it's kinda just a slot machine. I didn't feel like I had any input. the time it takes to eat or drink caused you to lose the other stat so they were both fighting each other lower, and the packages had no variety or strategy involved. You just had to hope it would be nice to you.

I did enjoy the clear visuals and the way interactables would squish to indicate you could click them.

Couldn't really do much. Got hunger -400%, 3 pots, 2 axes, but didn't seem like i could get it to event out. Liked the graphics, effects and camera controls, though.
