Really fun game! Killing zombies and upgrading my weapons was really satisfying!!
Quite enjoyed this one, game play was quite fun! I don’t know if it’s a me thing but none of the UI graphics scaled to my screen, they’re were all off screen. Not that big of an issue, still played the game just fine and I liked it! Good game!
wow, such a good game, i really like an idea to create a game with zombies and i love music on the background and mechanics of movements, great job!
I feel that the colliders has some problems. The bullets are hard to hit and I kept losing health without visually touch the zombies. Otherwise a decent game.
You probably know the main problems with this game, so no need to painfully point them out. One piece of advice: The hitbox for player should be much smaller (Design philosophy is called advantage of the player). The graphics, music and sounds were great and the game was actually playable! Glad to see that such a large group of people got together and greated something great!
I do not know what to even evaluate here, to be honest. UI doesn't scale; it doesn't make sense to buy something other than a "automatic fire weapon"; it's boring to repeat the same type of walking in a circle; there is no feedback from weapons; the player rotates around himself ugly... The atmosphere of the post-apocalypse is so-so conveyed + there is no goal in the game. I do not know what else to say. If you have a big team, but little time or experience, then it is better to make smaller games).
There sure is some issues with the hitbox of the player and some details but I think it was quite fun ! The music is awesome by the way ! Good work !!
Great work! The background is very detailed and nice to look at. I like the variety in zombie colors. It felt very satisfying to get the shotgun and blast hordes down with a single shot. I wish there were more weapons or the two weapons available were more expensive; I bought the assault rifle after my second round of deliveries and after that the gameplay experience was just the same thing until I got $1000. I like the sound effects too!
All the zombies spawned in one part of the map, so it was just empty until I reached them. The art is really nice though and I like the music. The pun title is excellent. Shooting at zombies was fun tho
The art, music and audio is great. The core gameplay needs some polish like others have pointed out. I'm interested in knowing how working in such a big team impacted your development for such a time-pressed project, if you have any comments to share?
@dreunin Hi! Thx for the comment. We're mainly students from fields related to our roles in the game. Many of the members had little experience yet so we had to have some people in the sake of efficiency. Comunnication is key as you might expect, sry that the answer doesn't get more interesting like that. We had to make some cuts at the end and the game needs some polishing and balancing rn, but we managed to make nearly all we wanted for the entry :)
