Oh, it wants me to press actual A key instead of saying any key will shoot.

Is it intended that sometimes enemies take more than one hit to kill?

Hi @unentokku, Thanks for playing. They shouldn't but sometimes they spawn again in same place :), I was surprised to see that as well. Somehow jams don't leave you with enough time to handle such scenarios, I personally didn't restarted the game as it was happening too soon. Need to find a sweet spot as to how long the critters should stay alive before hurting your health.

Very cute arcade concept! I enjoyed the directness of the game and was quickly drawn into a zen-like worm-blasting state. Might have been something specific to my run, but when I got to 0 lives, the game continued without giving me a "you lose" screen or anything like that, but I might've just been confused. Congratulations on completing it as a solo dev!!!

The raw gameplay is fun and has some potential. With some polishing and more game planning, I could see this being a really fun game! Well done!

Simple yet funny shooter, cute art. One bug I noticed is: when I shoot and quickly change side, bullet disappears immediately. Create does not die too. Does not happen everytime tho so not a big issue. Good job!

Interesting idea. The first time, I played to a score of 102, but I didn't realize it kept going after I lost my lives. I think it would really help if there was some indication visually of how long you have before you lose a life, or when you do - I had no idea even after playing a few times how long it took. Graphics look good, and it's an interesting concept. Nice work!

Simple mechanic but fun game! I think the controls are a but weird, WASD or arrow keys to move and SPACE/ENTER/Z or something like that would seem a bit more natural to me than pressing A to shoot, but its still fine. Also maybe it could be made a bit more clear when you actually loose a life, but overall a nice entry!

It was a pretty fun game! I don't know if it was just me or the enemies just spawned again, but sometimes it would randomly take more than on bullet to kill. I like the style and it's a cute game!
