Really cool game :-)
The controls are intuitive and the game is nicely forgiving in the beginning (which is good - because I often parked above cannons ^^).
I also like that you can reach certain levels. Don't remember mine but it wasn't that high because I was too much into torturing ... eh "rescuing" the people (I wanted to collect as much as possible with the beam. For that one has to ignore the rockets).
Btw: the Art looks awesome!
I like this game a lot! Graphics, physics, sound and mechanics are on the top level for game jame!:) Btw idea is perfect as well!
Great game, and good fun! I found myself camping the bottom corners to safely collect humans without the worry of being shot from different angles. Great fun though!
Beautiful textures and effects, I liked the gameplay. I also found a small bug that you can hide your ship underground, where missiles do not fall, and instantly pick up people from the ground slightly rising to the ground. In general, this is a very cool game and an interesting idea.
I really enjoyed the artstyle and overall idea.
I just found the music and the gameplay a little too repetitive, maybe it could have a way to fight back the missiles or request to take specific humans to the mothership, but i understand that given the jam timeframe it is really complicated.
Also, i think it has a bug that allows you to go underground for some reason.
Other than that, good job!
I like the art and the gameplay, needing to dodge while "uploading the cargo". The ground bug can be considered an easy mode :) Good UI too, well done!
Nice graphics. I enjoyed the mechanics. turned out to be bit repetitive very quickly though. Perhaps restricting the ship not to go as close as it can to the ground could spice it up a bit, often I found myself just lowering the ship on the humans as close as possible and holding the shield against one side where all if not most turrrets are placed. none cant hurrt me and I could abduct the humans fasterr.
regardless very clean and nicely put together.
