The idea is okay, but the game feels really unfinished.
Very simple game concept. Seems like tower spam is a viable strategy. Game got really laggy after a while.
Minor issue: Before placing a wall or tower, the object-to-be-placed is a real object in the world and you can push the attackers with it. It even loses some life. Is this intentional?
Nice idea. I like the the way the incoming force just flows towards the castle :smile: I don't mind it feeling a bit unfinished. It's a compo game. Just coming up with the idea and creating it in 48 hours is great work. Well done!
I see where you were headed. For 12 hours in the compo and a tower defense it's impressive. I love tower defense games but I have never tried to make one for a jam due to the balancing challenge.
