@erikengineengineer thank you I fixed it
Hey, thanks for sharing! I'm playing your game now on stream. See timecode 23:00 https://youtu.be/euv3GH5eSOo
That music is so upbeat. It just makes me happy to be walking along and delivering a parcel. Even when I get attacked by a dog.
I like the background music. I feel like the timer is a bit too generous.
Thank you, @the3rdhunter , @jsmitq! The music was a keygen song, from [Abundant Music](https://pernyblom.github.io/abundant-music/index.html); converted to ogg format, which sounded *way* better than the original midi.
I agree about the countdown timer, although the timer doesn't even have a bearing on the player score. It was a feature I skipped due to rushing Sunday.
Running into the dog for the first time. Jump scare.
@ath-ai glad to hear it worked.
Love the sprites and the colors! Game is very chill and could be a bit more hectic. Still nice idea!
@zubspace thank you, I will keep the hectic aspect in mind.
love the descrption of the house, it's lovely!
Nice game, the atmosphere feels very calm and peaceful even though you're on a timer. The music is lovely! Two notes: - I think the camera movement should be the other way around; when moving you should see 2/3 of the screen in front of you. - Having the player animation move his sprite back and forth while the actual player object moves forward makes his movements look a bit jittery.
@jakobthequizguy thanks for your detailed feedback. I wasted a lot of time failing at the golden ratio for the screen and, as you pointed out, that shows on screen.
Thanks for the game!
