I really like this game, but I found it a bit difficult. I also love the artwork style. It did take me forever to realise that the pause icon made things happen rather than going to a pause menu. Maybe a hint system could be useful for people that become stuck somewhere and can't seem to find anything extra they can interact with?

@me4502 Thank you so much for you feedback! We'll change the pause icon into something like a play icon to prevent misleading. And it's a great idea to add a hint system, we'll think about it. Again, really appreciate your help :)
The ending was quite bittersweet. Loved the music and the artstyle, though it made it hard to know which objects were intractable. Also agree that the pause icon needs to change.

Loved the style and would very much like to play the game...but, seriously, no highlighting for interactable objects in 2022?!! Also the two-bar icon needs some tutorial. Why can't I just throw something at the cat? I have a feeling that I'm supposed to use the second key to open the bird's cage, but it doesn't work that way, so I'm totally confused.
Very cute graphics and sounds, difficulty needs a little bit of tweaking. I liked the piano music :)

Spam clicked trough every pixel I could think of but couldn't get further than getting the second key.
The music was excellent and the graphical style fit the game well. Feels like a memory trip back to the flash game era
music was nice i really liked the ending however i think there is a bug since when in the level you can still change scenes by just pressing 1-4 example on the first level i press 4 and go straight to the ending besides that bug nice game (:

@makiling-interactive-arts Thank you so much for your feedback! We've made the interactable objects highlighted when hover enter and change the misleading pause button as well. Really appretiate your help, it help us a lot in improving our game! @mortiss Thank you so much for your feedback. We've added highlight in current v1.1, and you can unlock the cage through the second key without putting the diary at the cage first in this version as well!
@pragmascript Thank you for your feedback. We've changed the difficulty through adding item highlight and reducing weird conditions. Hope you enjoy the current version. @antsa Thank you for your feedback. The cage was supposed to be covered by the diary first, and then the cage key can be used. We set it as a childhood nightmare of the protagonist but looks like it turns into a nightmare for players. So we cut it in the current version and now you can use the key to free the bird :) @temposparkz Congratulations to find out the secret key to the ending! It's actually what we used as a quick way to jump to the level we are about to playtest and we removed it at the current version. It just remained in the game for a few hours, can't believe you find it out!
A nice point-and-click puzzle game with an emotional story! The black and white line art style is suitable for the mood and is emphasized the storytelling role of key items. The control is not very straightforward and it took me some time to figure out we cannot interact with items directly but need to click the words above. overall very nice game, well done!
Really cool game, the sounds, song, artstyle... everything was great! Great job!

@yulotomorrow Glad you love the story and thank you so much for your feedback. We designed more than one interacting choices with one item at the very beginning, so we separate the item and the interact options. Later, we decided to make it minimal and got rid of most of the choices that wouldn’t make differences, and we forgot to change the interact as there's only one option left and no need to separate them any more. Thank you so much for reminding, next time we'll always keep an eye on intuitive interact when design changes. @melik-cagan-oduncuoglu Thank you for your feedback, really glad you enjoy our game :)
