Really innovativ but I found the gameplay a bit too hard, also font gets broken when full screen.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD50 → Save the Reactor

Very hard, but quite innovative and fun. Good job!
Great polish, especially for your first completed game!
Wow this game is hard! But a very interesting take on Pong/Breakout kind of game. Graphics are simple but nice. Good job!
Really cool idea. I love the concept. It's hard but fun. Nice job!
Cool idea! Font is bugged in full size
I like the idea and am very impressed that this is your first completed game. Great work! I would say that I didn't feel the need to rotate much. I put the shields over all 4 of the entrance ways and they all broke around the same time. Really cool game though. Great work!
Nice entry. Mouse controls seemed pretty sensitive. Would probably be a bit more intersting if the chamber changed directions or something, so that moving the shields was really needed, if the spawn rate of atoms was a bit lower, and if there was some way to restore the shields.
I like the idea, and the environment artwork is really creative. It feels very clean and well designed Great use of the colors everywhere. Congrats on submitting a finished game even after changing direction mid-Sunday!!
I would have liked to see more progression (such as, starting with only one or two openings, or being able to re-power shields at certain milestones). But for a prototype, this is a solid entry! Awesome job to you and your daughter.
Could not manage to go higher than 24, but really entertaining!
Neat game! Good presentation and a cool concept. I guess I'm not cut out to be a particle physicist, the reactor seemed to do better without my intervention...
