The visuals look great! Clean and simple artstyle! The gameplay was alright, but didn't feel too innovative. I feel like some sound would have elevated the game greatly!
Basically just pong with a little twist, but well executed. I really like the graphics, simple and consistent. Controls could be more intuitive imo. Like left / right shift for teleport and space / control for deflect or something like that.
Once you build up some speed, combined with teleporting and items things quickly get chaotic! That's a lot of fun, but I found it too hard to pay attention to the chaos and get it past the AI, maybe you could have an option to make them even dumber! I could see how this would be a really fun multiplayer game. The graphics and particle effects are well done too, just the right amount.
Is it possible to be disappointing that a game was not as annoying as it suggests from the title? I enjoyed the game, the game play changes were interesting once i was used to them. I still lost of course!
Fun game. Controls were a bit awkward in my opinion. Congrats for finishing it!
Exactly what it says on the tin - I have sworn against the ball randomly changing color right before hitting my pad several times:D Good job managing to give good ol'Pong an interesting twist! Perfectly in theme for this jam :D
