Soo beautiful graphic!! And the game has a really cool idea. Great job!
Really cool take on the theme with a nice execution, cool to see the web grow as you delve further in to the game. I wish another button had been chosen for the restart, as it brings you out of full screen. Well done!
The game was cool. The best part about the game was the atmosphere. The character designs feel very noir and cohesive. The interpretation of the concept of going deeper was solid. I liked that you could get to the same node with different options, and it would lead to slightly different dialogue.
What has me a bit confuzzled is that I don't know if I reached the true end. Adding an end card overlay for when you reached the end of a branch would have gone a long way in helping the player. First time I played it, I found myself trying to press everything, because it wasn't obvious that I had reached an endpoint.
That said, all in all, good entry!
cool idea! i like the way the character's story is told through lies, and through the different paths you get a sense of the underlying truths. the sketchy noir style, and DIY sounding jazz created a really interesting lofi, almost punk mood.
Really cool concept! Some thoughts to improve would be: - Bigger text (I was playing in my 13" laptop and even in full screen was very hard to read) - Adding a state/feedback when you reach the end. Like mentioned above, this is not obvious.
Other than that I thought it was a really strong concept with matching art and sound which created a consistent mood
A strange game, but a cool one. I think I reached the end, but it wasn't really clear. I made it to the boss at least.
I like the idea of a web of lies, but given that the path is drawn on the bottom of the screen, it seems like a waste not to let the player backtrack. Playing from the beginning every time was a little annoying. Was that a planned feature?
The art was cool, and I liked the implied story.
interesting idea. Some (little) animations go a long way.Nice feeling. Good character design. I like.
Pretty unique take on the theme, was interesting to play! I think some others have said it would be a good improvement to have some sort of end card when you reach the end of a branch to signal that it's over. Good entry though
I thought I was getting stuck, but I see I was actually reaching end states. Nice concept, played a few ways through. Nice to see replay provides different options with the same people.
This concept is really interesting. Art , sounds and writing are awesome. I got stuck there. web_of_lies.jpg
Cool game. love the graphics.
