Made it just in time before I have to head out to work!
Anyway, this is my very first game jam, so I appreciate any and all respective feedback. I am a programmer first, so my art is a little rough on the edges.
Otherwise I hope everyone enjoys this game! It was fun making this over this weekend.
Great Game! Nice Graphics and great creativity. Very fun game!

Congrats on completing your entry :) Very fun take on the theme! It felt like all the rounds were actually the same level again and again. I think it would benefit for more diversity in the chopsticks layout/rythm.
@gilad-bar-ilan Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed your experience playing my game!
@zakamana Thanks for your feedback! I appreciate that you liked my theme of the game. Ya, that's a valid point, so there was suppose to be another challenge type but due to time constraints, I was unable to get it implemented into the game. So to compensate, I tried to make a psudo difficulty maker, but as you saw, it is a little repetitive. Funny enough, I was even thinking of doing a random generated level, but that unfortunately didn't come into fruition.
However, it is something that I do want to revisit when I have time later down the road! Thanks again for your helpful feedback!

That's so sad when my sushi is eaten xd, I love music and graphics. It's a good game, but I can't see how you could improve it in the future.

Very fun interpretation of the theme! The area around the chopsticks that still lets you get grabbed feels like it is a bit bigger than it should be, but otherwise very fun minigame. In the days of flashgames I might have spend a few hours grindign hightscores on it =D
at some points, my sushi got taken off with chopsticks even though they were too far away. Otherwise, soplid game and good music
@adil Ahaha thanks for the feedback! There was more going to be in the game originally, but due to time, I had to cut out some content. Regardless though, I appreciate that your enjoyed your experience!
@radow Thank you! :) Oh my god yes I remember those days fondly, going onto Newgrounds and just spending time after work/school just playing free flash games. Anyway, thanks for the valid point, that was one thing that I noticed after hearing some friends playtesting it, which is something that may have been on my end. But I am glad to hear that it's all consistent so far!
@radgegames Thanks for playing the game! Yes that is something that I will definitely put on my list of things to fix in my revisit of this game, since it was a slight oversight on my end. Regardless though, I love your feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed the music too! Been in the mood for chiptunes as of lately. :)
Great concept for the theme! Everything worked well and looked and sounded good. I do agree with @radgegames that it seems like I got pulled into the chopsticks even though it looked I was clear of them.
@funemaker I'm glad you enjoyed it! :) Thanks for the awesome feedback!
This is the most creative interpretation I've seen so far. The only issue I had was, as others have been saying, the hitbox seemed a little too big.

Fun! The game feels like it achieved what it wanted to be, which is impressive for your first gamejam, as first timers (such as me last jam) overshoot drastically in terms of scope. I guess it does show you are programmer first after all :'D
Great first jam game! Thank you for bringing it and keep it up! :3
@cwazywierdo Thanks for the kind words on my game! I'm really happy to hear how this game was a nice spin on the theme! :)
@trexxak Aw thanks for saying that ahaha that really means a lot to hear! Trust me though, there was a LOT more that I wanted to do, but time constraints are the bane of everyone's existence. Regardless, I'm happy that you're happy! :) Trust me, after this, I'll make it an effort to make it out to these events! This was a load of fun!
Haha cool game! We had similar ideas :P Cute graphics, nice audio. Lose screen made me laugh :P Well done!
@sophiablabla Thanks for the kind words! Ahaha really now? I'll have to try out your game when I get the chance! :) Looking forward to seeing it!
Really nice first entry! The mechanics were easy to understand, I loved the graphics and the audio fit well with the game. Like other said, the collider felt a little bit too big, but not that big of a deal. Anyway, keep up the good work (and do the stuff you said in your post) and ! hope to see you next LD!
