I have no idea what is happening but I love it!
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I don't seem to be able to harvest items by pressing E (I haven't rated yet but will go back to it if there's a solution to this!!)
couldn't really figure out how to play it :(
Can't harvest when ducks are pushing you around I guess. Maybe it's on purpose!
The little ducks are cute. I'm not sure what I'm doing, there seem to be more and more whether I do things or not!
@bubblewandgames You'll need to get really close to the items and hold E to harvest them. You should see a red progress wheel right on top of Mama Llama. The other thing is that you need to scare away the ducks before you can harvest anything (yay collider search order bug!). They have a tendency to interrupt the harvest cycle. Hope that helps. It is a bit of a buggy mess. I worked on the mechanics before I added sprites. Then when I got the sprites to work, the mechanics were broken. So everything turned out a bit janky. Thanks for being willing to give it a second shot!
@porocyonak I will admit that this game is a bit on the jankey side. Could I give you any specific insight that might help?
@wubbaduck oh I understand now! I was just tapping E - maybe write in the description that you need to hold it! Thanks!!
@ogre "It's not a bug. It's a feature!" A not intentional feature. But I guess that's to be expected when you're over ambitious for a 48 hour period and don't have time to play test
@bubblewandgames Thanks for the tip! I updated the controls description.
Interesting! It was a little bit hard to read the text in the crafting menu, but nice work!
I was obviously not ready to be a parent.
Nice entry, cute graphics. A bit grindy, but so were a lot of games this event.
@wubbaduck I went up to stuff and spammed E but nothing was happening, so I ran into everything and spammed every button and still nothing was happening, I think. (Now that I'm reading comments, I guess I had to hold E, woops!)
It's funny to see the ducks going for you and getting in your way when you are trying to do things haha
This is a fun start. I had some trouble with dropping things when I was trying to pick stuff up, but I liked the little ducks chasing me around. I could see this being turned into a full game!
The game is very unclear. I have no goal, and ducks are trying to forbid me to get any object in the map. I succeed crafting 1 object after 5 minutes of games... That's long!
Nice. I like the graphics and idea. It takes forever to build stuff, though. :(
Very cute little game, got annoying having so many ducks pushing me around though
I think having the ducks kinda circle the player would allow players more ease when trying to learn the crafting mechanics of the game. Nice effort though, very cute.
the idea is very cute, the little ducks running around made me smile and i like that the sprites of things you put down are different than the ones you pick up! it is a bit clunky, though, with so many ducks pushing you around and keeping you from collecting items, especially stones that take forever. was a while til i could put up a pen. maybe if the ducks didn't drop SO MANY EGGS SO FAST and, of course, if they gave the poor llama some space to breathe, the game would flow better. i suppose being a new mother of 20+ couldn't be easy, though, right? haha!
@allera Great feedback! Thanks! I really didn't have much time to play test it. So I didn't realize that the balance of crafting values and egg timing was so off until it was too late  But I'm taking notes and will keep this input in mind if I develop this game more.
llamas is cuute
Cute game! I didn't really understand how to play but I had a fun time exploring and playing around with the little ducklings.
