Challenging game. No chance I'd get out of debt. Got to forth level, but then the spikes got too evil. The coins worked quite well to keep me playing a bit more than I would probably otherwise would have and they also worked to elevate the challenge by increasing the reviving cost, but it also means that the game gets harder for those with less agility/skill rather than harder for those with high skill and that is probably a bit unfortunate. Always fun to see what you come up with.

tough as nails! interesting choice to make the respawn cost increase as the levels get harder, but i guess that's the hole healthcare systems make you dig! loved the art, animation, and music, and especially seeing the fallen patients of time gone by ^-^
the on ground controls are tough and sensitive, but the wall jumping felt super: the stickiness and amount of force from the jump were all what i would expect from a good platformer!

Great game. Just needs esc to speed through dialog text.

Very well put together, also gets very challenging. I would've liked an option to skip the dialogue after going through it once, though. Good job.
I really enjoyed this game because of the difficulty. The controls felt good and the wall jumping great. Though I do wish it was a little more dynamic with enemies or something but otherwise, good job.
@waldinx yeah I realised that that would be handy when testing but was too tight on time to do it unfortunately.
I think that this is tough to put paid respawn in a try & die game. The level design is really big so, there's regularly moments where you don't know what is the future obstacle. But i guess it's the only thing i can blame, because the game works well, it's in the theme, hitboxes and gamefeel are as precise as needed for that type of game. Well played !

Trop chouette ! Le jeu était bien trop rigolo et les graphismes super cool ! pareil pour la musique
It´s a bit challenging, I like that! Paid respawn is a cool attribute of the game. I dig the pixelart graphic style! :))
Quite a difficult game, for sure, but I managed to get through. Only complaints I have are that Level 1's first jump seems a tad harder than it should be, and that wall-sliding has no influence on your downwards momentum. I definitely enjoyed playing through the game!
Also, Satan must've known the pain of Buttlumps at some point, because the terms of his deal seem a bit lenient when looking at all the coins scattered around Hell.
Nice game. It's quite hard but it has that fiero style so it's okay. I liked the bodies remaining when you respawn, that was cool. Graphics are nice too. Maybe add some friction on that wall jump for better control
A challenging game with traps! Typically what I love! It could be cool to have a retry after the game over to skip the intro. Because, it's a bit long when you try several times.

Very nice platformer, most likely inspired by Super Meat Boy :) The controls get a little floaty sometimes, I personally like to have more mid-air control, but I get that it's partly what makes it difficult. Love the art. Great job!
It's like Super Meat Boy, only more stressful to die! This was great - really cool. It took me a while to figure out the hitboxes on the spikes, but after that it was buttlump-free sailing. I think the shift-jumps were one-too-many things for me to account for, but other than that I solid 4.5 starred this entry (gotta leave 1/2 a star for your next LD)!
Nice graphics and game design :) Only thing; I could not restart the game after I die for the first time.
Really fun, i love games like this :)
