Very interesting game. The strategy elements are good and well done. I think the game needs two things the most. One is a tutorial level, because I don't want to read an essay on how to play. The other is that the game has to be faster. I don't want to follow every move of every enemy unit, just so i could play another turn.

oh nice game
As @wie said, the game needs a tutorial, although I read the rules on this page it was hard to do, also there was a moment in which I had a "trooper" in the top and couldn't move it or attack anyone, also, how are the coins acquired, only through killing enemy troops or every turn you get one? If it had clear rules it would be a good strategy game, but as of now it can't because I don't know what I can or can't do.
Anyways, if you can explain to others how your game works in a mini tutorial it will improve a lot the experience. Good work and cheers!

@hestrateja each captured point gives you 1 coin every turn. I'll look into the bug, I'm pretty sure I know why it occured but if you could tell me a bit more specific about where it happened it would be great
EDIT: The bug SHOULD be fixed by now
The mechanics are well made but it would be cool if there was the option to fasten up the enemy turn : )
Hey congrats on crossing the finish line! Couple of things I would change in this one. More player feedback for sure, I was lost on what I was doing going into it. It took some clicking around to understand majority of what was going on. Once I was able to move I wasn't sure how many points I was obtaining when capturing a flag. I also wasn't sure how close I needed to be.
Overall a good entry!
A very interesting and ambitious project for a three day gamejam. Strategy is admittedly not a genre I am good at but most of the issues with this game I can identify are issues with conveyance to the player. It took a long time to figure out what I was doing since I was dropped into the middle of the war without any context. As stated by other users, A tutorial is needed, especially for an RTS!
More feedback for player actions would have been nice. The lack of a sound effect made it difficult to tell if I'd hit my enemy (or been hit myself) until one of them turned into a coin. An option to skip or hasten the enemy turn would be nice. And if possible, Jump the camera back to the players side of the map to let them know the enemies turn is over.
Your art was very cool in a John Carpenter kind of way. The music loop got a little grating fairly quickly although it fit the mood.
Again, I want to stress that this was very ambitious for the time given! Great job!

I really like tactical games and this game seems to be on the path to be an interesting one. However it's clearly lacking a lot of feedback to make it more enjoyable at the moment. I understand how much more work that would have been though and what you managed to make is already impressive so good job !

This game seemed a bit too confusing to me but when I figured out what to do it was kinda ok! I liked the art of the soldiers, that was really cool, the audio also enhanced the experience a lot!
