Good first effort! Physics and controls were kind of wonky and it was sometimes confusing to tell what was going on in a level, but there were some interesting ideas.

@hypersnow Thanks for the feedback! I considered providing images of the level design, do you think that would have helped?
Nice first game jam game! :) It was definitely fun to play and I liked the music, though it got a bit annoying after a while... Robots are cool! ;) We also used a robot losing its parts in our game. Not sure if the mechanic with the boosters work well. I think it is a lot easier to actually have none, then one and have the (urrrr... you know... change of directions thingy). Also the interaction with the platforms was a bit weird. I could kind of double jump when hitting a platform on the side!? Not sure what you did there but it didn't seem to make sense and also sometimes was difficult to handle when just wanting to jump to one platform and then being propelled further in the air.
@ente Sorry for taking so long to reply, but thanks for playing the game! Originally the single leg was going to make you rotate a bit, but we never figured out how to properly implement that and were nearing the end of the jam :/ The platforms I believe was because technically you were touching a platform, and we never specified which side of the platform you had to touch to be able to jump, you just had to be colliding. The way to not get propelled further in the air is to just not be holding space, we never actually made it so holding space gives bigger jumps or anything. Hopefully we can make a better game next jam though!
Thank you for sharing your game with me. I played it on my stream tonight at https://www.twitch.tv/saoigames
I have rated your game, but all of my feedback was captured in the stream.
