The concept is fitting the jam theme, but maybe it's a Little unpolished. Good work for a Compo entry, please do a Post-Jam version, it's really fun to play!

The music is pretty good, fitting the atmosphere of space. Theme is well-explained in both ways -- space and space. However, the input system does not really respond well. Instructions might not be clear enough. Overall, nice level design!

I really dig the vector style, I've got a soft spot for that kind of thing.

I'm not a fan of the looping background track, maybe the eerie silence of space would have done better.

The shrinking field is a nice touch on the asteroids style, and seems dead on as far as the theme goes.

It took me a second to get used to the 'chase the mouse' control scheme but I like it, though the ship moves so fast that I mostly focused on keeping the mouse moving and forgot to shoot my laser lol.

I like the vector art style. Although the mouse control is kinda fun it seems to make the shooting rather useless. You move so fast and the area is so small if you look at an enemy you are more likely to run into them then have a chance to shoot them. Plus you can just dodge and the enemy will run off the map in 2 seconds anyway. I also felt like half the time I died was from enemies unexpected spawning in may path. still had fun flying around growing the universe and dodging enemies.

Graphics are simple but good. The pickups hitboxes are too small. Sometimes your ship go through without picking them. I didn't shot a lot, most of the times I just avoid enemies. That's maybe because you shoot where you are going, and I don't want to crash into enemies. The music is repetitive 'but that short loop fits well with the game mood but you hear mostly sounds so that's not a big deal.
