The concept art is really cool! It's a little jarring though when viewed alongside the pixel art. That paired with the story given separately kind of gives me a retro game vibe which I think is neat (like how you'd have to read the manual to understand the story of a game).
I'm not entirely sure if I get the goal? I killed all the orcs that were visible on the screen and tried walking around but nothing happened. Overall though a cool effort!

Thank you @autumnotopia ! Unfortunately I couldn't finish the level design. Play scene is just shows the some minor actions(The beginning of the story). I've published the game for concept design and audio for now. Please follow on Itch.io, there will be more! :3

I killed all of the orcs and waited. Then, nothing :(

Yes @angela-k. I am sorry. I couldn't finish level design and game design. :(

The game seems rather incomplete, the concept art looks amazing though, maybe if you had more time so your game could live up to it and the story you made.

Yeah @ja-viera We have the same idea. I am going to work on this project. Please keep follow on Itch.io! Thank you!
At first I didn't understand what I had to do. I just lost a bunch of times without understanding why, until I noticed the **Space to attack** text underneath the game window. I see you haven't finished the game which explains these things. I'd liked to have seen a run down of what the gameplay concept was, how you meant to apply the theme, etc.
The excellent concept art drew me in initially. Then the story text lead me to expect a narrative-driven game. The subsequent game, even considering that there's much missing, is then a bit of a let down. There's a clear dichotomy between these three elements. I guess you over-scoped on this one? A good lesson for next time.

I am happy to you @flaterectomy liked the art and story. How about musics?
As you said, i built a very good universe but couldn't find a good game design to code, at the begging. On the other hand, i was an organiser at a Ludum Dare site. That's why i couldn't code the project and think on game design.
I am going to develop this submission as a publishable game. Thank you!
Was a bit confusing as to what to do. Liked the music, but as mentioned it feels a bit incomplete in terms of gameplay. Would love to see how this evolves.

Thank you very much @jcwelgemoed. I am very exciting to develop this game! I am sorry for confusing.
@smuhlaci Wow I *did* completely forget to mention music in my comments, derp. The menu theme is pretty and melancholic. I am not sure whether that's the right emotion for the story, but it's very well made. The in-game music is suitably paced for an action game, but perhaps too much EDM for an orc-fighting game. I'd expect something more orchestral, perhaps.
Again, it's well made, but like how I feel the concept art, narrative and actual game don't fit together, the music also doesn't suit the content of the game and the story you are trying to tell. I am sorry if this sounds harsh, I don't mean to be mean of course, I am trying to be as honest as I can and give useful feedback. I hope it helps.

It's a very nice feedback for me dear @flaterectomy. You're right and thank you for being clear!

:joy: Amazing concept art, immersive music and a thrilling story. I was quite hyped when I finally clicked Play. At least I got a good laugh from it. Good luck continuing your development; I was expecting some kind of puzzely game (from the "use their weapons against them" etc), which can probably work with what you have. I urge you to get inspiration from the mobile game ENYO.
For me it's always gameplay first but I see we think differently there ;) I think the concept art and music are very good, hopefully you find the right gameplay to fit with it. Good luck!
