I really like the concept of drawing cards to perform actions mixed with platforming. Although, the jump seems to lift you too high off the ground, so I'm mostly in the air and not getting to use attacks cards accidentally landing on off-screen spikes.

Nice game ;) I know its hard to think about all UI elements during LD, but You should add some information about card "lifetime"

Nice concept. I think that new cards should be added automatically without clicking the button on the left.

Great game, very interesting idea, I hope you will win with all SDK issues and make mobile game. If you want improve Ratatosk, I suggest a little change of jumping physics.

After falling to my death about 10 times, I somehow managed to jump -- and haven't figured out how since. I tried arrow keys, wasd, space, random other keys, clicking, dragging...

Sadly no instructions in-game or on the description pages.

Also, the top & bottom of the screen are cut off on the non-fullscreen web view.

Interesting concept. Although, since Jumps are so high you can't predict where you'll land, plus the fact that there is no indication of where you'll die, it's pretty difficult to play, and can feel even hazardous at some time.

I don't really think the disappearing card mechanic adds anything to the game, I would even say it is confusing the player more than anything.

I think i already heard this music somewhere, if it is the case, it would be nice to mention the artist. If it's not, sorry and good music :)

Graphics are nice.

Nice idea, with some polish it could work great.

The movement is slow for characters so big, also, as it is a game of anticipation, getting more visible space could help build some interesting strategic value to the game, choosing you actions depending on the cards you have left.

The mechanic of losing cards doesn't work that well. Ranged attacks are not very different to melee attacks. You can jump in mid air whenever you want! You could make use of that vertically in cool ways.

Keep coding!

I had a chance to play it just after finishing the jam. okay, so I needed like 2-3 minutes to fully understand what's going on. The movement is kinda slow. Anyway, after playing a few more times I enjoyed it ;)
