Very fun! I enjoyed playing it
Looked nice with the particle effects and the trail. Nice twist with the ability to rotate the paddle. However the AI of the opponents leave a lot to be desired. With a better enemy AI I would probably have come back and played this game several times!
funny game, liked the part when the enemy paddle just mirrors my controls!
I am the Pong Champ now! This was pretty cool! Certainly an interesting twist on Pong by adding the rotation mechanic! Not so sure about the two genres here but i was pretty cool anyways!
Music gets me pretty hyped for pong! I liked the inclusion of angle rotation and some of the enemies, like one that does what the player does, a true homage to the trope "face onself". I liked it, well done. Cheers!
Good game, i didn“t unstand the controls.
Fun little game, the linear adventure aspect wasn't really noticeable.
Ok game, the enemies were a bit to random which made the game a bit to easy. Would have been more fun if it was a bit more challenging, I like how you had the orange enemy mirror your movements, that was clever.
I did it!

So yeah, what can I say about this game? It's pong. The execution is well done and it's as appealing as pong gets. But other than the setting of "championship", the game doesn't directly have any sort of mix of incompatible genres (specially if you consider that pong can be played competitively).
The game was mostly solid, and the music was great for it. However, I did encounter a pair of glitches here and there, where the ball would just pass through the paddles (happened both to mine and the opponent's).
I must admit, I was surprised when I started finding opponents with larger paddles. But since the first mimicked my movements (so it was easy to outmaneuver) and the second glitched out (2 of my goals were balls that went through the paddles), it was not a big of a challenge.
But all in all, it's a solid entry. Here's hoping you later consider adding something else. I don't know, power ups, or some weird story mode or something. Even character selection of sorts would have made this mix something else to the classic pong.
In behalf of my team, keep up the good work. Let's see what you can come up with next! :whale:
I planned a more advanced AI that I know how to implement and it wouldn't take long to develop+implement, I unfortunately used the time I planned to improve the AI dealing with some bugs stemming from some sloppy event usage on my part.
Having various paddles and being able to pick your character would be easy as well, in fact I originally had spherical paddles but they were a big pain to deal with. I also planned some PunchOut style flavor / story but had to cut that as well.
Thanks for all your kind words and ratings yall!
