This was fantastic! The font and the typewriter sfx was perfect. The story kept me playing between rounds and the puzzels were just challenging enough to provide some failed attempts without becoming frustrating. A very well crafted compo game! Go and rate some games so that other people see this because this is awesome!

I'd also suggest a HTML version might get some more players too. You can build for that in unity too in the build settings.

Hey, cool game indeed! Puzzle were just right, nothing too difficult, but some levels gave me some troubles, liked it!

That's great to get a story on a LD game! But I could see the twist coming quite early. Don't know if it's the same for the others, but if it does it could be funny to trick the player with this, or to make it is less "obvious" to find.

Anyway, great entry! I think I will try to make something similar in the future.

(And yes, the best way to get visibilty is to comment other LD games, so fell free to spend some time doing so!)

I loved the overall thing. What was really impressive the way you presented the text, not only the coloring code, or typing sound. But the dialogue itself. TBH, I never been a fan of reading that much, but the dialogue was good enough to make me enjoy reading! Good job.

Loved everything about this! I seem to be the dumbest guy yet to play this as I found the 3rd(? The one in your screenshot) puzzle extremely difficult. On the upside, it kept me from progressing until I understood the 'language' of the puzzles. I'll be honest (and a little embarrassed) and admit I might have bailed if the story hadn't reeled me in from the start.

I would have liked more chances to interact with the characters. I feel a couple more button responses could have made me feel like more of a participant in addition to alleviating the occasional 'Do I click now?' feeling on a couple of the dialog screens (One of the earlier dialogs is halting and sets up the 'click this button' mechanic early, but it only shows up one other time). The gag with the 'Nope' button is priceless!
