Fun little trial and error, but I got a crash after selected 2 components with spastic and connected or something like that, and it asked me to pick unknown or destructive and then asked for spastic and something else. I picked spastic and it crashed.
Overall but would like to have a notepad in game to record combinations rather then use my own paper.

When I won on the last turn everyone is all happy and cheers for me . I won, I did it, but then the game tells me I lose right after :P

I like this handdrawn look:) Great deductive game, even if I didn't get if there was a deeper system or just trial and error. Maybe you could put the artifacts in the screen, so you now what you already have got. Also do the effects stack if you got multiple with the same effect?

Cool graphics, it really makes game stand out. Gameplay was okay, but once you researched something it would be nice to reread what particular item does (i mean you can do it on piece of paper but i don't think many people are going to do that). I like how player has to experiment to progress in game. Overall solid game.
Neat graphics, interesting game! I included it in my compilation video series of Ludum Dare 36 games, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/ZBKvUw84G7I

The hand-drawn look is really different and makes it stand out indeed. The experimenting factor is amazing, exactly how the description presents the game, an alchemist entering a temple and finding unknown elements in it, having no choice but experimenting and combining. :)
