My thoughts on this game boil down to three things, one good and two bad:
Good thing - the audio/visual design is awesome. The hexagon-shaped cells, the hexagon-enclosed <F>irst <Le>tters, the music, and the slow change of color (which I'd normally condemn) all work together towards a professional-looking end. My only complaint here is that the "highlight" color could use a touch-up to make it more eye catching. Just looking and listening, I wouldn't guess this was an LD game.
First bad thing - I don't like that all of the levels are available at once, and that it's difficult to see which levels I've completed already. It looks like the completed ones are shaded in, but it's difficult to see the color, so I'd make it darker.
Second bad thing - even after reading the instructions twice, I have no idea what rules govern fusion. It seems random whether two atoms will fuse if I drag them together. Is it some chemistry thing that I just don't know about, or is there a rule in the game I missed? To clear confusion, you could make a tutorial level, or maybe make a separate level to introduce and explain each concept.
Couldn't get it to run (probably my Java installation, I'll try again later) but I put in a vote for you on Greenlight :D
Pretty cool game! The music in the background, with this style just feels good! It's rather hard later on:0

The music is sooo nice on this one. Puzzles are cool, managed to clear a level too. Don't completely understand which elements fuse and which don't. I thought I had it figured it out, but then got stuck again. The game crashed on me in level 03

Very peaceful and interesting game!
I spent to figure out how win a level, but in fact the idea is very clever. The puzzles are well-tought-out

The game had a lot of premises, I was really hyped when I saw the development posts during the Jam cause I'm a sucker for this kind of nerdy stuff. The puzzle mechanic is really nice and the atmosphere is nicely built but there some big flaws. The game would just close itself sometimes when I click while being in a level, the window resolution seemed to cut parts of the levels, I wouldn't figure out when and why a fusion was possible or not. Overall the concept is really nice but the game feels all too clunky compared to the flowey soothing atmosphere.
