A bit hard to me =( I'd suggest to make a hotkeys like 1, 2, 3 for crops, rain and blocks.

A very relaxed and fine little game. I find it very fun to play, but after playing it for more than a hour I still don't know what the Alien do or if there is a end goal for this game. But overall well done.

The game mechanics seems nice, however it's a bit hard and not the controls are not natural (I still couldn't understand how to summon rain - I tried everything, really).
Does this game has a goal, or is it an infinite growing island?
However, I liked the art style - simple yet attracting. The controls need some improvement. Gameplay seems nice.

It's a cool sandbox, and a nice story behind it. I must say that it's a bit too slow-paced for my taste...
You need to monitor it all the time, or else everything burns away.
Some SFX for fire would be great, so you can quickly check, when the world needs your attention.

I expanded a few water tiles, and added a lot of wheat (which seems to have the highest efficiency by far, even scaled to the growth time) - still, without any endgoal (like, idk "Build and protect 10 alien tiles"), I lacked motivation after a while.

Cool graphics, music and innovation, I need to give you that!

I want to play more but I don't get how to remove the raining clouds (and I keep losing bc I have no water left)

You can remove the clouds by using the summon rain tool on the land below them.

I went for quite a while, got to about 30 blocks placed, tons of wheat and one Alien block, but with no real end goal in sight, I decided to quit. This seems like a nice idea, but a clear ending would be pretty crucial. What role do Alien blocks play, for instance? Do you win the game by having enough of them? Perhaps a pattern is necessary?

In any case, needs a more clear ending, so people don't just lose inspiration and quit, like I did. But this is a very good core idea! The rain cost might need nerfing though.

Very mysterious story and interesting game! I included it in my compilation video series of Ludum Dare 36 games, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/vrExnx4_kXk
