I feel there isn't much to do for now (except harvesting planets) but I really would love to see this idea expanded. (Dwarf Fortress in space?! Woah!)

There is not much to do, yeah (that's why I added a short-term "objective") but I just wanted to get this project started and the jam was the ideal platform to get me to do it. Thanks!
This is a nice start for a great game, the graphics feels good. Little gameplay for now but it looks good for a start.
What made you think this game it's about ancient technology? The objective?
Thanks. I was going for a kind of overall background setting, but it's just materialized through the objective itself and the intro because of time constraints.
Most of the time I will try to fit Space into any theme though, so that's a challenge!
I must say that it is very nice concept. I can appreciate procedurally generated stuff and the star system looks amaizing. I really liked the graphics style. It would be nice to see more of the gameplay completed, it surely has potential!
Lovely graphics! I included it in my compilation video series of Ludum Dare 36, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/iJTT4Yba0N8
I like the look and feel of the UI. The gameplay seems like a solid foundation to build on, and I hope you keep developing it and adding some additional depth to the simulation.
Fun game, even if it isn't what I usually play. The graphics were pretty. The gameplay was easy to understand once I started playing.
I think I accidently demolished part of the ship, but I'm not sure what happened. It wasn't clear to me what happened. The numbers were hard to read, but that may have been because I was playing it as windowed, rather that full screen.
I do think giving the crew names would be a nice touch for future versions. :D
Good job!
