Woooow best game i have played so far
pros -art,music,gameplay,following the theme,
cons - i found none
seriously its a really good game im just blow away that you made it in 48 hours .
The graphics and the sound were all very nice, and it did have a way of pulling you in. A couple things: it was a bit hard to figure out how each power was supposed to be activated, i.e. where to stand and which way to face. It was also somewhat disappointing that there wasn't a real end or even and end message when you completed all the levels. But all in all, really good work, I enjoyed playing very much.
Good mechanics and concept. Overall good game :D
The game seems pretty straight forward, you can easily figure out how to play the game from simple experimentation and introducing new things one by one.
I usually don't give graphical critiques but the amount of effort put in here definitely warrants it. Definitely watch out for your lack of value contrasts that makes everything very difficult to see. Things to look out for:
*Typically, walls are darker than the floor since light sources are typically from above.
*Keep the floor texture subtle. Currently it has more contrast than nearly everything else except for the ladder to the next level
*Rule of thumb: things in a 'color scheme' needs to be clearly lighter or darker than another.
*The symbols on the runes needs to be clearly darker or clearly lighter than the rock that bears those runes
Otherwise, while it is short, it's pretty solid for what little content it has
Good game.
Excellent tutorial stages.
Nice music.
Missed some sound effects.
Good gameplay, nice puzzles.
The graphics could use a little bit more color, it all felt a little too much beige.
