Hey! I wanted to play your game, but I wasn't able to run it! Lots of browsers do not have the option to run Unity Web Player (I have already tried with Chrome, Firefox and Explorer), and it's not being supported on most of the versions. I would suggest you to either build to PC/Mac/Linux as well, or to do the upgrade for the new WebGL version of Unity.
Very nice ! Nice gameplay and modifiers, first level was well-balanced and I had a good time playing it. Mood & story were cool too.
(However I finished the second level in one try in less than 10sec, not sure that's what you intended :) )
I love the concept. It is a little glitchy (people seemed to catch me even if I wasn't in their cone and people walked through buildings and walls) but it was fun all the same.
I LOVED that you put in line of sight so if a cone extended through a wall you weren't detected.
Good atmosphere and a strong core mechanic. The guards were a bit quick, if you're trying to take your time getting around, they roller-skate out of nowhere and you get a game-over!

The general concept seems fine, though I haven't really made use of the power-slide and often (especially at the beginning) I was getting a game-over seemingly out of nowhere (might be because of the super-quick guards); you might want to fix that.
The graphics were fine, but I'd make the background less contrasting (see those bright-gray/dark-gray tiles); else it stands out too much.
I kinda wonder why the friend ended up in a shady government facility, and why governments must be responsible for everything. But I guess that's another story...
