I found it very interesting, I love it!
A good start, I felt the robot was a little slippery to control. The levels were fine, but some of the walls looked too much like background. I felt the whole game was a little fast, the enemy fire rate and the robots, and the game would be more fun a little slower. Still fun in its current state.
I'll make some suggestions:
Allow access to the menu from in-game. This one is obvious, but currently you cannot reach the menu once a level has started.
Unify the control scheme I.e. allow keyboard control of the menu. I shouldn't have to switch from keyboard to mouse every time I finish a level. Inversely, you could add some meaningful mouse control to the gameplay.
Make space continue the dialogue, instead of down arrow. When in small form, the space button doesn't do anything, so it may as well do this.
Unfortunately, I could not run it. I got this exception: "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: defectivewiring/Entry : Unsupported major.minor version 52.0".
@TheCain: I forgot to mention that P can be used to go back to the level select. I did mean to implement arrow key controls for the menu - I think they were broken or something. :| Anyways, thanks for the suggestions - I realize that the controls are a bit meh. :/
@Tex Killer: I have no idea how to fix that. I have gotten that error for some other Java programs I have done before but I don't know why. :/
