Very nice concept. Graphics are a light bit cheap, but the gameplay is satisfying.

Fun, and definitely unexpected. I liked the sound effects!
So much more fun than I expected, well done :) Love the sound effects, great idea too.
This is the funniest one so far. Neat gameplay too.
The mechanic is interesting, but a game without end could be boring. If you make an ending I would like it more :)

/* Really tight mechanics and a good mix on the theme with growing by sucking up the bricks and firing them! I think the game needs some powerups and new enemies to make the shooting easier and keep the interest up. Also a big up for keeping allegro alive. I remember back in 98' when DJGPP, Deluxe Paint and Allegro were my bestezt budz */

Very unique mechanics. Felt like the difficulty ramped up quite a bit after a few waves but overall had some fun with it
Nice graphics, but I don't see the theme - its not two button controls, as you're using mouse movement and left click, and I can't see what grows.
I liked sucking up bricks to shoot at everybody however.
Well, the theme was Two button controlls or growing. I can't see no growth, and you are using three "buttons" (yes the mouse is also a "button/controll")
Any game with "Extreme" in the title is of course awesome (*cough*pls_play_my_entry*cough*) and not just the code but also the style is reminiscent of Sos. Funny and a creative bullet mechanic.
Good fun and enjoyable game with 2 button gameplay, good job.
Thanks to everybody for the comments and votes!
zenmumbler: yes, the game is pretty Sos-like, mostly due to the fact that I played McPixel and watched his allegro.js tutorial-stream-thingy just before the compo
