With a better theme (I realize it's a parody, haha) this could be quite fun. However, I found no real efficient way to handle large swathes of enemies, so I resorted to just spamming crosses on the final ladder till I lost.
As a side note, you probably have very few votes maybe due to low coolness level (that is, the amount of games you yourself have rated is very low) as the higher the coolness the better the visibility of your game.

Thanks for the comments! We're considering making this an actual game with a lot more levels and content, and different themes.
Took me a minute to get the jokes, but I got it. The game becomes too difficult to complete too fast, but for an LD it's not bad.
Fun game. It would be better if enemie's speed increased over time, they start so fast! Nice to see a Monogame entry!
