The controls didn't work for me until I made it fullscreen twice (once for LD and once for Unity?).
Interesting mechanic with the turning into a monster at will. The near-sighted guys are easy to catch even when you remain a monster, but the far-sighted ones really need sneaking up on while human (and even then I often failed). I would like a way to detonate each bomb individually, so I can be a bit more strategic about triggering them when there are victims around. Oh, and I love the eating animation to bits :D
I ate many carbon based lifeforms. I used bombs, and it was not sporting, but it was effective. Tasty, crunchy, carbon-based lifeforms. I sold their organs. Then I fell victim to existential ennui, and quit the game.
Fun!
Fun :D
the eating was fun, the bombs did not work most of the time.
nice entry!
This was interesting! One thing which could be improved is the flow between moving and buying/upgrading. It became a quite significant step to open the shop window and navigate with the mouse. Otherwise, I enjoyed it a lot, nice job :)
While the concept was interesting, I found myself wondering what the bigger purpose was in the game. After eating a bunch of people and buying the upgrades, there was nothing more for me to strive for. I could see it being built into a much better game with added goals and environments.
