It's fun, but not embody a monster ...
This could have been a lot more, but the trees were way to punishing.
Not really a monster, but i liked the graphics.
I like it, some sweet forest feely music really woulda made it great though!
When tree first attacks you gave me a bigger jump scare than most horror games.... I was so confused when it said "they fight back"...... :D
tree attacks too powerful, could be better if i could still kill more (I managed to kill only 1 after they got angry)

Nice 8-bit graphics, though it's a bit loose in terms of interpretation of the theme.
I find killing trees to be pretty monstrous myself.
I can't dodge those damn leaves.
Awesome Game. So fun after you get the flamethrower. Extra music and extra sounds would be great.
Loved the art and take on the theme. Good job for 48hours. Would love to see it fleshed out more. Good feedback from people above.

I've restarted a lot to get past that freakin' moment when they have Leaf Gatlings and you have nothing but a short axe... But then I got the flamethrower and I taught them a lesson...! I think I might have received the wrong message here xD
Seriously, the fact that the game is hard as hell, just make me (fervent lover of Nature IRL) want to kill those unfair trees, not feeling sorry for cutting them down. Just saying :)
Still, the game is quite fun and original.
Nice game, I specially loved the concept for the theme. I have only one problem: It's too easy to die.
