Good one. Very nostalgias.
Pretty interesting take on Pac-Man, while putting an educational spin on it. The movement of both the player and the enemies could be better though. And the sound could be more imaginative, but the latter is more of a personal preference.
Nice pac man clone. It fits the theme perfectly.The graphics are ok.
I'm not a fan of slicing control (pacman don't stop on key released until he rich a wall). I also have some trouble swith the control of my pacman clone (same idea ;-) )
There wasn't much to it, and it wasn't very original, but it was fun. I laughed at the creepy human-like mouth.
Audio wasn't all that great, but it's better than horribly loud music.
Gluten was the least of my problems, there should probably be more of it.
The changing food that will kill you is a great mechanic to keep a static scene changing.

interesting idea with the food. gave the old pacman a new twist. the controls where sometimes exhausting though.
frequently the (hilarious looking!) pacman would run past turnings I'd like to take in a straight line. sometimes it worked to turn, but not always.
i had to chuckle after reading about the gluten enemy. funny =)
Pleasant variation on the pacman theme. Beep noise is boring after a while.
